Thybit is a technology company based in Ostrava, Czech Republic. We help companies build, modernize, and scale software, digital products, and mission-critical systems when the work needs clear thinking, senior ownership, and reliable delivery.
We believe good technology work is simple to describe and hard to do - understand the problem, make clear decisions, build carefully, and stay responsible for the outcome. Most of our work starts in complex places. A product is growing faster than the system behind it. A legacy platform needs to move forward without disrupting the business. AI has potential, but it needs a practical path into production. A team needs experienced people who can step in, understand the context, and move work forward without unnecessary overhead. That is where we fit.
We work with founders, CTOs, product teams, and engineering teams. Sometimes we add capacity. Sometimes we take ownership of the whole solution. In both cases, we stay close to the work. We ask direct questions, communicate early, keep the process practical, and focus on building something that actually works. We are here to help make good decisions, write reliable software, build solid technology, and move products forward.

- Move forward. We are not here to manufacture complexity, endless analysis, or technical theater. We help make decisions, build, ship, and improve. When ownership is needed, we take it. When the team needs extra hands, we join in. When the problem needs simplifying, we simplify it. The point is to move the product, our job is to move things forward.
- Partners, Not Vendors. We want to understand what the client is building, why they are building it, and where the real risks are. We work close to internal teams, CTOs, founders, and product people. Sometimes we extend capacity. Sometimes we take over the whole solution. Either way, we want to be part of the outcome, not just another line item in the budget.
- Ownership Over Handover. When we take something on, we want to understand it deeply and carry it through to a working outcome. Not just deliver our part and pass the problem along. Ownership means seeing the context, spotting the risks, communicating early, and being responsible for whether the solution actually works.
